On October 16th Robert Gillespie ran into a Union Pacific freight train at 2 AM in the morning while sending a text message on his cell phone. He was charged with drunk driving and careless driving by the police. People I do not make this looniness up !

That has happened here too...I just always pray that I'm not so stupid as to answer a text message or email from work from my car.
I sometimes look at my phone and am tempted to while sitting at a red light and then say to myself..'NOOOOOOO, ARE YOU CRAZY????
