That is a funny poster. But penguins live at the South Pole and Polar Bears live at the North Pole. So not a likely scenario except at a zoo.

Hernando the Polar Bear escaped from the Buenos Aires Zoo & was later photographed in Antarctica with Muggs the Penguin. Thus, they appear together in the photo. Where Muggs got the cymbals no ne knows. :-)
