I'm somewhat satisfied with mine. I feel as if I pay a lot of money every month, and whenever I go to the doctor, the insurance resists paying for anything more than that general visit. However, I also know that if I didn't have insurance, I would be paying a crazy amount of money for those visits and any medicine.
Personally, I would love it if everything health-care-related were just free. :) But I don't think it's going to work that way.
And, yes, I do think our healthcare system needs an overhaul...but I'm not sure what that should look like.

I am reasonally satisfied with my employer provided health insurance (for which I must make a contributory payment each payday), though the co-payments for medication are outrageous, costing me about $400 a month.

I don't think the higher and higher premiums are helping any of us. Remember when it was a small part of our budget? Today it's a big part and growing, and then you worry about losing the coverage if you get something bad happening.
For me since I rarely go to the doctor, it's not a big deal, but I hear a lot from my friends where it can quickly become catastrophic.
It won't happen though as the corporate interests once again sold Americans a bill of goods against their own interests.

Other than the large monthly premiums, I do not have a problem with my healthcare.

My family's insurance is $1500 per month, which I'm downgrading to a lesser plan for $1200 per month, for which I'll pay over $600 out of pocket every month. (and still have deductibles, co-pays and 80% coverage) And I am one of the "lucky" ones whose employer helps out with health care premiums!! Am I satisfied? No. Am I terrified of where this all is going unless this country figures out some solutions? YES!
