At Home Alone

I was home alone for most of the day today. My brother was at the fire station - he is a volunteer photographer for the Columbia Fire Department. He rides with Engine Company 13 which is the busiest fire company in South Carolina. He is a disabled veteran who  was a fireman in years past. There is no camaraderie as great as that of firemen (brothers and sisters) . I know why he goes to the fire house. It is in our blood. Me, I watched television and played on the computer and chatted with a few special people on the telephone. I miss the firehouse.
