If you are of a mind to judge someone, why not start with yourself. I say this because who knows you better than you know yourself ? Stand before a mirror and take a good look at the person you see staring back at you - be honest with yourself. Recognize the warts as well as the good things about yourself. If you dare, ask someone whom you trust to write down what they see as the positive and negative qualities that they feel that you exhibit. Make a list that of your own to compare it with - an inventory if you will. Just a suggestion you understand. We often perceive ourselves as we think others perceive us. And as often as not people don't see us as we think that they do.

Can we really handle the opinion of someone else?

That is a good question Moana...

I think it would mean more if others would list the positives about us to concentrate on.
