The house in Oakland, California where the Black Power manifesto was drawn up in 1978 by Bobby Seale and Huey Newton is up for sale for $400,000 dollars - fourty times it's original value - a victim of rising real estate profits and the increased value of the house. Bobby Seal, now aged 75, says it's not a problem. People move and have to find a place to live. Power to the people regardless of their color he says. On that we agree.
